SHIPPING INFORMATION & RETURN POLICIES
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Face Saver Cosmetics ship by ground via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).   Please allow 5
to 10 business days from the time your order is submitted for it to be processed and
shipped.
PLEASE NOTE:  Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business
days.  

There is a flat fee shipping and handling charges of $6.95 within the U.S.A.  However, this
rate is subject to change without  notice.  

Shipping and handling for wholesale orders will be based on weight and method of
shipment.

We will notify you by email when your order has been processed and shipped. In the event
that you do not receive this notification, please contact us at
orders@facesavercosmetics.com.    

TRACKING

All orders are shipped using a tracking number.   The tracking number and shipping
method will be provided when we confirm your order.  To track your order, simply go to
www.USPS.com and insert your tracking number.

RETURNS

Because Face Saver Cosmetics guarantee all of our products to be contaminant free, we
regret that we cannot accept returns or containers that have been opened.   

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will make sure your order is securely packaged.  However, in the event that your order
is damaged, please report any damages or discrepancies
immediately to 248-542-7456

sales@facesavercosmetics.com.  All damaged product must be returned with
the original box, receipt and all packaging materials to:

CLAIMS

A claims of error must be filed immediately upon receipt of order at
claims@facesavercosmetics.com.  Upon receiving such a claim, Face Saver Cosmetics will
promptly take steps to identify the error.  If it is determined that Face Saver Cosmetics is
responsible for the error, we will undertake appropriate and corrective measures
immediately.  We reserve the right to research the validity of the claim by any means
reasonably necessary.  If evidence indicates that there was no error in fulfillment, we shall
not be obligated to replace the order in question.

If claim was submitted in bad faith, Face Saver Cosmetics may take any and all legal action
necessary to remedy dispute.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Policies at any time by posting
the changes on this Site.  Any changes are effective immediately upon posting.  Continued
use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such policies.
